Custom website work is scoped before payment, so the written project agreement matters more than a generic retail return policy.

Project-specific terms come first

Deposits, milestones, due dates, cancellation rights and any refund treatment are stated in the proposal, statement of work or invoice terms presented before you pay. Those agreed terms control the project.

Custom services

Website strategy, design, development and consulting are customised services. Work that has already been performed, approved or delivered is generally not treated like a returnable physical product.

If a project is cancelled

If a project is cancelled, we review the written project terms, work completed, committed third-party costs and any unused prepaid amount. Any refund that is due under the agreed terms is handled using an appropriate method.

Payment processor fees

Payments may be collected through Payoneer or another agreed provider. Processor fees, currency conversion and banking charges may be subject to the provider’s terms.
